Diy shirt scarf kids version

My daughter and son both outgrew a few tees so my lil crafty self saw on Pinterest the adult version and thought why not for her too? So here's my three samples that I created for her and she simply loves em. Remember to pull and stretch and to add a bit of accent to it to make it pop.

That's my favorite one these are the other two I experimented with

"I'm BORED!" Box DIY

What every mother dreads to hear this summer, "I'm bored!" Before you start screaming in fustration (trust I've had those moments as well...) make a simple I'm bored box or jar whichever you have on hand. I had a spare box lying around so I simply put it to use before the summer whining started that would drive me insane especially being five months pregnant in this heat, yeah NOT EASY! I painted it green to make it gender neutral for both the boys and Lily. I wrote on it with a sharpie because well I seem to have misplaced my foam letters! EEKKK!!! Oh, well it will have to do for now!
Got onto my microsoft word and created lil flags to write their boredom busters on each one. I printed out four sheets and put my brain to work. Thought of rainy days and for too hot days activities and BOOM I was set in no time. Enjoy!

Upcycled Ribbon holders of cardboard and bracelet

With all the projects I have seem to have produced ugh the crazy amounts of cardboard ribbon spools was killing me and I thought I know I can "upcycle" and create something with this! It just couldn't go to the recycle bin :( So I took one and removed the paper and used the hard part, wrapped ribbon around it and viola! My daughter now has a new bracelet! Super cute especially for her girly self! For the other spools I removed the ends and glued it on top of the other ones and made a lil jewelry box for her bracelets or play rings etc. I covered the top with some scrapbook paper. Wrapped the bottom with ribbon and put a lil ribbon handle :) Yes, my daughter is now officially the one who benefits off all my lil ideas but once baby #4 Kaylee comes along then I can have fun with two lil girls. That is all, enjoy the picture of the two projects I've created.
